The men's soccer team was defeated 4-0 on the road by nationally-ranked #6 Fulton-Montgomery CC on Saturday.
The Hornets battled the top-10 opponent well, trailing just 1-0 until the final 12 minutes of the contest. The Raiders broke out for three additional goals from that point on to skew the final score at 4-0.
A strong defensive effort, led by goalkeeper Andriy Grave with eight saves, kept the Raiders in check until their late-game outburst.
SUNY Broome registered five shots on the day, two of which were on target. Charles Larrabee led the Hornets with two shots while Ibrahim Berte, Corey Cottrell, and Jacob Sansom each had one shot.
