Tifft Sets Personal Record At Harry F. Anderson Invitational
Sage Tifft recorded a personal best time at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational on Saturday hosted by Roberts Wesleyan University.
Sage Tifft recorded a personal best time at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational on Saturday hosted by Roberts Wesleyan University.
Tifft finished the 5K race in a time of 26:09.3, a pace of 8:26 per mile.
Tifft has had three strong performances in three meets this season. She made her collegiate cross country debut with a 22:47.2 time in a 4K before running 28:11.4 in a 6K and now Saturday's performance in a 5K.
Tifft will look to continue her success at the next meet, the SUNY Delhi Bronco Classic, slated for October 8.
