Rouhana And Quail Set Personal Records At Harry F. Anderson Invitational
Zavien Rouhana and Jacob Quail each came away with personal bests at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational on Saturday hosted by Roberts Wesleyan University.
Zavien Rouhana and Jacob Quail each came away with personal bests at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational on Saturday hosted by Roberts Wesleyan University.
Rouhana completed Saturday's 8K in a time of 30:17.3, a pace of 6:06 per mile. Quail then crossed the finish line at 36:26.1, which was a pace of 7:20 per mile.
Both Rouhana and Quail's times were the fastest in their collegiate cross country careers for an 8K event.
The duo will look to build off these strong performances looking ahead to the next meet of the season, the SUNY Delhi Bronco Classic, slated for October 8.
