23 SUNY Broome Student-Athletes Receive NJCAA All-Academic Awards

23 SUNY Broome student-athletes representing 10 different sport teams have been named to a 2024-25 NJCAA All-Academic team.

Women's Cross Country, Men's Cross Country, Women's Soccer, Men's Soccer, Women's Volleyball, Women's Basketball, Men's Basketball, Baseball, Women's Track & Field, and Men's Track & Field are all represented by at least one SUNY Broome student-athlete named to an NJCAA All-Academic team.

The NJCAA All-Academic First Team honor is awarded to student-athletes who achieved a 4.0 GPA during the 2024-25 academic year, the NJCAA All-Academic Second Team honor is given to student-athletes who achieved a GPA between 3.80 and 3.99 during the 2024-25 academic year, and the NJCAA All-Academic Third Team honor recognizes student-athletes who achieved a GPA between 3.60 and 3.79 in 2024-25.

Three Hornets were named to the NJCAA All-Academic First Team, eight were named to the NJCAA All-Academic Second Team, and 12 were named to the NJCAA All-Academic Third Team.
