SUNY Chancellor Kristina M. Johnson has announced the first ever SUNY Chancellor Esports Challenge powered by Extreme Networks.  The tournament is open to all 64 SUNY schools and includes competition in Fortnite Duos, Super Smash Bros., and Rocket League 3v3.  Chancellor Johnson and Extreme Networks have each offered $10,000 in prize money that will go towards the winning schools' Student Emergency Fund.  The tournament is open to all students at SUNY Broome with a start date of April 27 and will last for three weeks.  Interested students should email Nigel Deakin deakinnp@sunybroome.edu ASAP to ensure a spot in the tournament.  A special thank you to SUNY Canton and LeagueSpot for hosting.
