Zechariah Clouston from the baseball team is the SUNY Broome Student-Athlete of the Week for the week of March 16 through March 22, 2026. During the week, Clouston was instrumental in helping the Hornets to their first win of the season as the team split a doubleheader vs Mohawk Valley CC. Over the two games vs the Hawks, Zechariah batted 3-6 (.500 batting average) with a triple and 3 RBI. As a pitcher, he went 3.0 innings and logged 4 strikeouts and was credited with the win in the Hornets' 13-5 victory in the second game of the doubleheader.
